Orders to Spain and the Balearic Islands exceeding € 80 will be free. Orders will be delivered by different transport companies depending on the area. For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands the carrier is MRW and shipping will cost €9.90. On leaving our warehouse, deliveries on the mainland will take 2 to 5 days to arrive. (We do not deliver to the Canary Islands).

Deliveries are made to the European Community (EC) at a cost, strarting from €22 and orders take 6 to 10 days to arrive. If at time of delivery you are not present at the address you indicated, the transport company will leave a note indicating delivery was attempted and will contact you to arrange subsequent delivery.

Deliveries made to outside the European Community (EC) have variable cost, depending on the country of destination, and the delivery is between 7 and 15 lavorable days, and that period of time can change depending on the country of destination.

Deliveries made to outside the European Community (EC) can be affected by customs that the customer will have to pay to receive the order. In general, customs fees are notified to the client by the customs services from the country of destination when the package arrives to the country. If the client rejects to pay the customs, the package will be sent back to Sombrereria Mil S.L. and the order will be canceled. If that happens, the delivery cost of send it to destionation and back to Sombrereria Mil will be still charged to the customer, the rest of the ammount from the order will be refunded to the customer. If it is obvious upon delivery that the goods delivered have been damaged during transportation or that the wrong goods have been delivered without having to manipulate the packing or product packaging, the Client should record this error on the delivery note and communicate it to Sombrerería Mil. (by fax sent to: +34 933 181 618 or by e-mail sent to: shop@sombrereriamil.com) within a period of 72 hours from receipt of the goods in order to return the product or products in question and receive an exchange or a refund for the same amount.
